A long, but rewarding, process
We bought the building at 172 Spruce Street in September 2016, and shortly thereafter we started the renovations. At that time, the building was in bad shape. The roof had caved in on one side of the building. Windows were missing and the floors were so damaged in places we had to use ropes to zip across rooms. This page and the blog page give a glimpse of the process to restore this turn-of-the-century building to its original beauty.
