Doors with transom windows, ornate door knobs, and other historic details add to the building’s turn-of-the-century charm. Two apartments feature restored claw foot bathtubs, and all have restored sinks that are original to the building. All apartments have brand-new appliances, including dishwashers, and the two-bedroom apartments feature washers and dryers in the units.

The building has been insulated with high-end, environmentally-friendly insulation and new, energy-efficient windows have been installed in each apartment. The apartments have hydronic heating and the heating cost is included in the rent.
